Office Policies

Below are different policies that inform and help when it comes to your experience with Women’s Health Alliance.

Appointments

Appointments can be made by calling our office during normal business hours 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday at (214) 824-3200. Or you can schedule an appointment through our Patient Portal.

Prescription Renewals

Requests for prescription refills are renewed during normal office hours. In some instances, we may require that the patient be seen in our office prior to the medication being refilled. Please allow at least 24 hours for your request to be processed.

After Hours & Emergency Care

If you are experiencing a life threatening emergency, please call 911 or head to the nearest emergency room. For all other calls, you will be routed to our after-hours answering service where your call will be routed to the on-call physician.

Financial

All office visits are payable at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards and debit cards. Please contact our office should you have any financial questions or concerns.

Patient Rights & Responsibilities

We respect our patients’ dignity and pride. This document will explain your patient rights and responsibilities. It is part of your patient registration and is an important part of your health care plan.
